So I haven't posted anything in ages..... here's a poem.

Here I stand, under the night sky.

Looking up at the stars.

I let go of stress for awhile, and be a child before I walk down the aisle.

I can hear the songs of my future.

I do not know what the future holds.

But I know God is creating good in it.

So I dance under the night sky, smile and stay innocent for as long as I can.

I pray the Lord my soul to keep.


I pray that my heart be protected, and that he shines his light across a heartless world.

May people mock me, or love me.

I will stay strong.

My heart may be restless at times.

But I know I shall have peace when God steps in and shines his light.


All who mourn, all who weep, lay your head on Jesus's feet.


He will wipe every tear away.


Our savior and Lord will live Forever more.
